James E. Bobcik

James E. Bobcik is an associate attorney at Wood, Kull, Herschfus, Obee & Kull, P.C..  He received an undergraduate degree from Michigan State University, a masters degree from Louisiana State University, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Wayne State University. 

James is a member of the Elder Law & Disability Rights and Probate & Estate Planning sections of the State Bar of Michigan. He received the Elder Law Certificate from the Institute for Continuing Legal Education and participated as a student attorney with the Wayne State Disability Law Clinic.  Prior to joining the firm, James gained valuable experience in a variety of areas including commercial litigation, warranty and contract litigation, commercial risk reduction,  personal injury, medical malpractice, family law, probate, and estate planning.  He is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Michigan and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.  When not dedicated to helping clients with their legal needs, James maintains an active musical life, is an avid reader, perpetual knowledge seeker, and enjoys spending time outdoors in the natural beauty of Michigan.
